Thursday:
Finnish Dobermann Club's breeding organization arranged its annual examination
for young dogs. The idea is to see what kind of youth class dogs we have and
especially what kind of dogs different males produce. That is why the examination
is arranged in the groups according the father.
Dog owners are invited to this happening by a letter, but of course we are
glad to see other dogs as well, whom we have not been able to contact this
way.
There is a small entry fee to cover the expences. All dog owners receive a written critic of their dog from our special judge. The breeding organization analyze the critics later for to learn what is happening in the breeding. It is a great pitty that our law prohibits us to examine those individuals who has been cropped. We are missing a great deal of information.
My job was to take pictures. They are included in the PDF document which is made for the Club by Hannu Asumaa, the chairman of the Breeding organization. The judge was Marja-Leena Sjöblom.

Saturday: On this beautiful Saturday there was the annual Club Show in Helsinki. The judges were Ole Vandsoe Andersen from Denmark (males), and Jevgeni Rosenberg from Russia (females). Again I was running between two rings taking pictures. I hope you will enjoy to see them.(In PDF form)

Sunday: This was the third time I travelled to Helsinki during a very short time. The target was a CACIB show.This time I was a handler having not good possibilities to make pictures. My brown Come As You Are Dea Dia "Olga" was in the hunt for CACIB. Unfortunately we received only R-CACIB but the critic from the judge was excellent and so was the competiton, too. Congratulation to our winner Eria Pro Iterna Magic and to the male winner Deep Delight By Babyllon, a son of Olga's brother Dogzilla.
